sent_catalogue_keys	The catalogue key each viewer was last sent, by REF(), so the catalogue is only resent when it changes.
stationcargo	If this console can loan the cargo shuttle. Set to false to disable.
Procs
get_catalogue_groups	Returns the packs this user can see by group, as index/price pairs into the catalogue - packs it's missing get skipped and mark it for a rebuild
get_catalogue_key	Returns everything that can change this user's catalogue while it's open - silicon access, emag, ID access, special packs and prices.
ui_assets	Silicons can't see any packs, so they don't need the catalogue
